System Summary

Available as a stand alone system or one which can integrate with your existing ERP / MRP / Accounting System, the  new  ‘Mobility’ System is a powerful extension to the Vantage Traceability System.  Designed to generate inbound labels which can be scanned by the Vantage Production Floor Terminals, this addition is an excellent method of obtaining perpetual inventory and having maximum visibility of inbound lot numbers and suppliers.  Complimentary to the software is a ‘pallet builder & shipping’ module .  This software enables sales orders to be downloaded to the warehouse and the manufacturing batch numbers to be scanned onto the pallet, providing reassuringly tight traceability.

Inbound  - Capture Received Inventory (lot, supplier, commodity, expiration , qty
Manage – Adjust inventory levels and reprint labels
Pallet Builder – Allocate Inventory to sales orders to for watertight traceability
Shipping – Keep track of when goods were shipped and the details
Reprint Labels – Print off duplicates from the library of printed labels
