Formula Loader Software
The Formula Loader Software enables you to take complete control of your production formulation & weighing processes.
Although it is commonplace for the formulas and production schedule to be fed by an ERP system, the software will work as a stand alone system too.
The planning software enables formulations to be scheduled to specific locations in your production facility. The system is flexible enough to allow multiple weighing styles including:
- Batch Weighing
- Campaign Weighing
- Bulk Ingredient Discharge
- Loss in Weight
- Non-Weighed Ingredients
- Bagged ingredients
- SPC (Statistical Process Control)
- Final Product Sampling
...or a combination of all the above!
Each formulation can be set with its own characteristics to provide consistent weighing on the factory floor which has a positive impact on overall ingredient expenditure.
Although it is easy to alter the weighing processes (such as adjusting target weights of ingredients), history is recorded so you know which formula version was used in production over any given date range. |
