S.G. Our products are well-established and proven to make everything, from production to inventory to accounting, run more smoothly. Our products create an environment where you are constantly informed of every aspect of food production, and accounted for and traceable by lot code.
The Vantage recipe formulation system provides a complete recipe management, stock control and traceability system, virtually eliminating time-consuming paper-based systems. It manages inventory balances and lot codes through the entire manufacturing process; this is performed electronically using touch screen terminals on the production floor and is linked with ERP and MRP systems eliminating the hand entry of data.
Ingredients are accurately measured within the tolerances set by management and operators will be made accountable for their actions. With all data being recorded electronically from receiving to production to shipping, the idea of going paperless will now become a reality. The Vantage system will assist management with ISO, FDA, OSHA and HACCP compliance and certification.
